Indeed, Nawaz Sharif, who is undergoing treatment for his health in London, was ordered by the Islamabad High Court (Islamabad High Court, IHC) on Tuesday to appear before the court at the next hearing.
The court has given an opportunity to surrender Nawaz Sharif and appear in the court at the next hearing on 10 September. On Tuesday, the Division Bench of the Court of Justice Aamir Farooq and Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani delivered the judgment while hearing the Avenfield case against Nawaz Sharif, his daughter Maryam and son-in-law Safdar.
