The list includes Hafiz Saeed, Masood Zahra, Dawood Ibrahim, Mullah Fazlullah (aka Mulla Radio), Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi, Muhammad Yahya Mujahid, Abdul Hakeem Murad, Noor Wali Mehsud, Fazal Rahim Shah of Uzbekistan Liberation Movement, Taliban Jalaluddin Ahmedqal Haqqani, Yahya Haqqani, and Abraham and his associates.
Let me tell you that even before this, while taking action on Hafiz Saeed and his associates, their bank accounts were sealed, but in the past, after a court order, their bank accounts were again activated.
